* Deposits are non-refundable unless we have unforeseeable boat issues, if the weather is bad the evening before (17 knot winds or high seas) we will be able to accommodate you on a bay trip however if you opt out of that the deposit will be forfeited.  I'm sorry but due the amount of high winds in our area it is not feasible to operate any other way!
